⟶ Develop an internally robust, player pathway, that adapts to the changing landscape, and is resilient to withstand external forces.

⟶ Become financially solvent by achieving net “break-even” monthly cash-flow. Create significant legacy defining capital savings.

⟶ Manage the club’s outreach programming and grassroots soccer by intentional and targeted efforts.

⟶ Develop the club’s pro-am system, integrating global resources to expand the player experience and player opportunities.

⟶ Develop first-class, premiere facilities that support and sustain first class training & game day operations, and create a place to “belong to”.

⟶ Initiate the effort to implement in-house coach development that is sustainable, accountable, and develops coaches via “The WSA Way”.
