Annual Report 2024

Welcome

Dear Friends of JobfitMatters,

Since our founding in 1995, JobfitMatters has been

dedicated to serving Christian organizations through

specialized services in executive searches, coaching,

and organizational development. We are proud to

have partnered with over 250 Christian organizations

to successfully complete more than 300 cabinet-level

searches for strategic executive leaders.

Proven Impact on Leadership Longevity

Our focused approach on finding the right fit has led to

results that exceed national averages for senior leader

longevity. In our most recent 150 searches:

Laura Coverstone

Managing Partner

• 97% of the leaders we recruited were still in their

roles after 2 years.

• The average tenure of these leaders is 9 years,

significantly higher than the national average of 6

years.

Recent Successes and Future Outlook

In 2024, JobfitMatters assisted 10 Christ-centered

schools and organizations in securing the right fit

for key leadership positions. We deeply value these

partnerships and remain committed to our mission.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited about the

opportunities that lie before us. We aim to leverage

our team's unique gifts to serve and partner with even

more missional Christian organizations in executive

placements.

Thank you for your continued support and for trusting

JobfitMatters as your partner in leadership development.
